Qualification- Graduate Job description • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience • Proven work experience as a Customer Service / Sales. • Solid communication and presentation abilities • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms • Excellent organizational skills • Solid communication and presentation abilities • Additional certification in training is a added advantage. • English, kannada Responsibilities Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement • Design training curriculum within time • Produce physical and digital educational material • Onboard new Hires to organization • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses • Monitor objectives and results • Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses • Report on impact of training programs • Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum • Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center. • Work in cohesion with Regional leadership in improving productivity of branches • Visit branches that needs special attention in terms of productivity • Travel to Various regions assigned in the Zone as part of training responsibility. • Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
