Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage strong relationships with assigned aggregator/alliance partners. - Drive Gold Loan business and achieve assigned business targets. - Increase NCA (New Customer Acquisition) by sourcing quality customers through partner channels. - Coordinate alliance payouts and ensure timely reconciliation. - Share daily MIS and business reports with alliance partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and deliver an excellent partner experience. What We're Looking For: - Graduate (MBA preferred) - 3-8 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Channel Sales, Alliance Management, or Relationship Management. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
