Job description

**Job Purpose Statement** To drive sales of Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds through direct customer engagement and branch referrals. The role focuses on cross-selling to existing NBFC customers, acquiring new clients, and ensuring superior customer experience while meeting business targets. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Cross-sell Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds to existing NBFC customers and new prospects. - Generate business through branch referrals and direct sourcing. - Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and investment counselling for clients. - Maintain and grow Mutual Fund AUM and SIP book. - Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and onboarding for investment products. - Participate in branch engagement activities and product training sessions. - Provide market insights and feedback to improve product positioning and customer targeting. - Support digital initiatives to increase business via online platforms.
