- Acquire high-value Current Accounts (CA)and savings account from the open market, focusing on premium and SME clients. - Achieve monthly targets of 45 Current Accounts, including Priority Current Accounts (PCA) with strong initial funding. - Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all bank policies during account acquisition. - Facilitate smooth onboarding and handover of customers to the branch banking team. - Drive account activation by ensuring customers maintain required Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) and initiate transactions. - Promote digital banking adoption (Internet Banking, DSB) among customers. - Generate leads through field activities, market mapping, and networking. - Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, FX, CMS, Retail Lending Business (RBL), etc. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams for delivering business solutions.
