The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing personalized financial solutions, and cross-selling banking products. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, meeting revenue and customer acquisition targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless banking experience is integral to this role. **Qualifications** - Strong expertise in client relationship management, customer service, and personalized banking solutions - Experience in sales, cross-selling, and achieving revenue targets in financial services or banking - Proficiency in financial planning, wealth management, and understanding of investment products - Knowledge of banking services, compliance standards, and regulatory practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needs - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFP, CFA) is preferred - Proven experience in a similar role within banking or financial services is an advantage
