Role & responsibilities • Develop monthly performance decks and governance presentations based on inputs from multiple stakeholders. • Translate data and analysis into clear, structured, and insight-led slides, ensuring relevance to the review objective. • Structure content with logical flow and clear linkage between performance trends, drivers, and key takeaways. • Work with stakeholders to clarify context, validate interpretations, and refine messaging before finalizing outputs. • Ensure consistency in presentation standards including layout, formatting, and overall clarity. • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to support content structuring, draft development, and overall efficiency. • Prepare recurring KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly) aligned to defined reporting timelines and business requirements. • Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Maintain structured datasets with appropriate version control and documentation practices. • Ensure adherence to established KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance standards across all outputs. • Review performance data to identify key trends, variances, and areas requiring attention. • Identify gaps in data or inputs required to support the narrative and follow up for closure. • Support RCA discussions through structured analysis and clear interpretation of underlying drivers. • Apply analytical judgement to validate outputs, highlight inconsistencies, raise relevant clarifications, and challenge inconsistencies in data or assumptions where required. • Work with Business Performance Leads to align data outputs with business context and reporting objectives. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support performance review cycles. • Deliver reporting and presentation outputs within defined timelines and quality expectations. • Perform final quality checks on data and content prior to dissemination. • Support ongoing refinement of reporting and presentation formats based on stakeholder feedback. Preferred candidate profile • 3 to 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or performance management roles within GBS, logistics, or shared services environments. • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and SLAs (TAT, productivity, quality, adherence). • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (mandatory). • AI proficiency in content creation/analysis using tools such as Gemini or Claude (highly preferred). • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools (preferred). • Demonstrated ability to work with data and present outputs in a structured and business-relevant manner. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines. • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. • Advanced Excel certification (preferred); Data Analytics or Business Analytics certification (optional).
