Job Description : RGM / Store Manager QSR RGM / Store Manager QSR Brand Name: Chaayos Sunshine Teahouse Private Limited. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Store Manager / Store Handler in QSR or Restaurant Operations Location: Chennai & Bangalore Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance. • Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Manage and understand store P&L mandatory. • Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and manpower cost. • Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance. • Train and manage the restaurant team. • Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards. • Manage cash, stock, audits, and daily reporting. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager / Store Handler. • Hands-on experience in managing store P&L is mandatory. • QSR / restaurant experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Target-oriented and customer-focused. • Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
