Mep Design Engineer

Job description

• HVAC Heat Load Calculation using HAP and Excel • Ventilation and HVAC system calculations • Selection of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF and Split Units • Designing of HVAC ducting and piping systems • Chilled water, hot water, condenser water and refrigerant piping design • Project planning, execution, estimation and costing • Site planning, inspection and coordination • Preparation of Tender Documents, Technical Specifications and BOQ • Comparative analysis and evaluation of tenders • Preparation of equipment schedules and technical documentation • Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, DOL and Star-Delta systems • Design and drafting using AutoCAD and Revit • Coordination with consultants, contractors and project teams • Monitoring project execution and ensuring compliance with design specifications
