Job description

Role & responsibilities • Assist in executing the caf training charter across region. • Conduct on-ground training sessions for caf staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational SOPs. • Support training initiatives focused on improving sales, speed of service, customer experience, and operational efficiency. • Deliver live demonstrations and on-floor coaching to caf teams to ensure correct execution of processes and service rituals. • Assist in training and onboarding new caf employees and ensure smooth induction into operational processes. • Support new caf openings by coordinating pre-launch and post-launch training activities. • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and observation of caf team performance. • Identify operational gaps and communicate training needs to the Head Training. • Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs, product standards, and brand service guidelines across cafs. • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, certifications, and related documentation.
