**About the Role :** We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Retail Recruiter** to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for retail and frontline positions across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines. **Key Responsibilities :** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and frontline roles across assigned geographies. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment drives, and other innovative sourcing channels. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit. - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities. - Drive high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality and turnaround time. - Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination. - Track and report recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring progress to stakeholders. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring retail positions. - Organize and participate in walk-in drives, campus hiring programs, job fairs, and mass recruitment campaigns. - Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, competitor hiring practices, and market intelligence. **Desired Candidate Profile :** - 2-5 years of experience in Retail Recruitment, Frontline Hiring, Volume Hiring, or Field Recruitment. - Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions and meeting hiring targets. - Strong expertise in stakeholder management and sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and alternate channels.
