Role & responsibilities Manage and retain a portfolio of hotel partners/owners Drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned properties Ensure availability of sellable rooms and improve booking conversions Monitor customer & guest experience metrics (CX/GX) Resolve partner, customer, and operational issues proactively Ensure collection of outstanding payments from partners Share market insights, competitor trends, and pricing feedback
