We are looking for a Revenue Manager Europe to support revenue management and commercial performance across Prism European portfolio. The role will work closely with the Senior Revenue Management team to monitor hotel and market performance, execute pricing and channel strategies, analyze revenue trends, identify performance gaps and support revenue optimization initiatives. This is a hands-on, analytical role suited to someone who is keen to build a career in Revenue Management, Pricing and Commercial Strategy within the hospitality/travel-tech industry. The role is for Europe Market. Shift is from 12-9 PM. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue & Performance Management • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance across assigned hotels/markets. • Track key metrics including Revenue, ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR and Contribution Margin. • Identify underperforming hotels, markets and accounts and highlight performance gaps. • Support Leadership team in developing and executing improvement plans. • Track revenue targets and performance against budgets and forecasts. • Prepare regular performance reports and highlight key trends and opportunities. 2. Pricing & Yield Management • Support the execution of pricing strategies across hotels and markets based on demand, seasonality and market conditions. • Monitor room rates, promotions, discounts and pricing changes. • Conduct competitor rate checks and identify pricing gaps. • Support dynamic pricing and yield-management initiatives. • Monitor unplanned discounting and flag potential revenue/margin risks. • Ensure pricing and inventory changes are implemented accurately and on time. 3. OTA & Channel Management • Monitor performance across key OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb and other relevant platforms. • Track OTA ranking, visibility, conversion, availability and revenue performance. • Support optimization of channel mix across OTA, Direct, Corporate/B2B and other channels. • Assist in planning and executing promotions and campaigns. • Identify channel-level performance gaps and share recommendations with the Revenue/KAM teams. 4. Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze revenue and hotel-performance data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities. • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports. • Support preparation of daily, weekly and monthly revenue-performance reports. • Conduct basic forecasting and performance analysis. • Provide data-backed insights to the Revenue Management team. • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of revenue reports and trackers. 5. Hotel & Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with Operations, KAM/BD, Finance, Marketing, Product and Revenue teams. • Coordinate with hotel/property teams to ensure implementation of revenue strategies. • Follow up on pricing, inventory, promotions and other revenue-related action items. • Support regular performance reviews with hotel partners. • Help ensure timely execution of revenue initiatives across properties. 6. Revenue Projects & Initiatives • Support revenue optimization projects and new initiatives across European markets. • Assist with new hotel launches and revenue setup. • Support peak-season and event-based revenue planning. • Identify opportunities to improve revenue processes and reporting. • Contribute to standardization and adoption of revenue-management best practices. Qualifications & Experience 1 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations or a similar role. • Candidates from hospitality, travel, OTA, e-commerce, marketplace or consumer internet backgrounds are preferred. • Freshers with relevant internships/projects in Revenue Management, Pricing or Business Analytics may also be considered. • Good understanding of basic hospitality/revenue metrics such as ADR, Occupancy and RevPAR. • Strong analytical and numerical ability. • Good proficiency in MS Excel is required; knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic data analysis is preferred. • Exposure to OTA platforms, Revenue Management Systems or hotel technology platforms would be an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. • Good communication and stakeholder-coordination skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. • Willingness to work in Europe-aligned hours.
