Safety Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, monitoring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures. • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments. • Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and standards. • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports. • Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs. • Maintain records related to safety audits, incidents, and compliance. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions. • Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure availability. • Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage safety certifications. • Promote continuous improvement in safety practices. Qualifications : • Advanced Diploma in Fire & Safety from CLI / RLI preferred • ADIS Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety.
