Title: Closing Sales Manager – Interior Design (B2C) | Bonito Designs Location: Andheri Working Days: Tuesday–Sunday (Monday off) About Bonito Designs: Bonito Designs is one of India's fastest-growing interior design startups, backed by Lodha Ventures and Tomorrow Capital. Operating in Bangalore & Mumbai, with expansion to more metro cities underway. What you'll do: • Meet homeowners, understand their requirements, and pitch interior design solutions • Prepare quotations/estimates based on customization • Be the single point of contact for clients until project conversion • Maintain a follow-up pipeline and drive lead conversion • Work with design & project teams to deliver on client needs What we're looking for: • Prior sales experience (real estate, hospitality, high-end automobile, or direct B2C preferred) • Strong communication and client-facing skills • Comfortable with Excel/PowerPoint for presentations • Target-driven, good under pressure Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Life insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
