Salesforce Operations Support/Analyst

Role & responsibilities The Salesforce Operations Support / Analyst will serve as a critical link between Partners, Sales leads, Program, and Operations. The primary mission is to address questions and issues from various support queues (Salesforce INH, Partner portal access, Influence, Deal reg, etc.) by analyzing business challenges and resolving them using standard governed rules. This role focuses on CRM support to improve operational efficiency and partner experience; it does not involve technical fixes or enhancements, though it may include completing UATs after system fixes are completed. Key Responsibilities:   • Support the helpdesk (contact onboarding and LMS provisioning) and data improvement projects.   • Play a key role in system integration activities.   • Support the Partner lifecycle (Onboarding, Progression, and Offboarding).   • Provide consulting, advocacy, and issue resolution for Partner Operations, Deal Management, and the Partner HelpDesk.   • Facilitate internal audit requirements.   • Monitor Slack, emails, and other support channels to respond to partner inquiries.   • Provide functional guidance on Legal and Partner Experience initiatives.   • Assist leadership with operational questions and tool/system functionality.   • Review new technology and creative approaches to evolve onboarding experiences.   • Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and improvement.   • Support Partner project rollouts, fixes, enhancements, and improvements.   • Partner with Sales Leadership and IT Enablement teams to identify onboarding gaps and advise on future program development.   • Participate in future Partner Program initiatives Preferred candidate profile • Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations specifically supporting a Sales Business Unit.   • Technical Skills: Exposure to Salesforce Lightning, Reports/Dashboards, and Data Loader. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.   • Analytical Mindset: Ability to debug issues and provide functional solutions.   • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to non-technical users.   • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
