Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, pricing procedures and credit management. • Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions based on business requirements. • Conduct requirement gathering, solution mapping, functional design documentation, and user training. • Integrate SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM and other relevant modules. Workflow knowledge of API will be required. • Experience working closely with ABAP consultants in preparing and validating functional specification documents (FSD), with strong practical knowledge of relevant SAP tables and data structures. • Proficiency in customisation including sales documents, order, delivery, returns and other related documents • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis. • Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and documentation standards. • Technically proficient on debugging as this is must. Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 7 years of core SAP SD consulting experience in implementation and support projects preferably SAP certified • Deep expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Output Determination, Billing, Shipping, and Returns. • Strong integration knowledge with FI (AR, Revenue), MM, and logistics modules. • Experience with GST / tax configuration (preferred for India region). • Experience in S/4HANA SD is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
