**Job Description – Program / Senior Program Counsellor (Online Sales)** **Location:** Noida Sec **Department:** Degree & Certification (Online Sales) **Reports To:** Manager / Department Head **Employment Type:** Full-time About the Role Imarticus Learning is looking for passionate, goal-oriented, and customer-focused **Program / Senior Program Counsellors** to join our **Degree & Certification (Online Sales)** team. In this role, you will counsel working professionals, guide them in selecting the right upskilling programs, and drive enrollments for industry-leading courses offered in collaboration with premier institutes such as **IIMs, IITs, ISB, XLRI, Oxford, and London Business School** . Key Responsibilities - Counsel senior and mid-level working professionals on Imarticus Learning's degree and certification programs. - Manage and convert qualified leads through consultative selling. - Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead engagement to successful enrollment. - Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and guide learners through the admission and payment process. - Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding learner needs and providing the right career guidance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. What We're Looking ForExperience - 2–7 years of experience in sales (EdTech/BFSI/Consultative Sales preferred). Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong consultative selling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. - Good listening skills with a learner-first approach. - High levels of empathy, patience, and professionalism. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. - Target-driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
