Role & responsibilities • Handle inbound & outbound real estate leads • Conduct virtual & on-site client meetings • Present builder projects and property options • Convert leads into site visits and sales • Negotiate with clients and builders • Build and maintain client relationships • Manage sales pipeline and lead nurturing • Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets • Cross-sell real estate services • Generate client referrals and repeat business • Maintain CRM and lead follow-ups Preferred candidate profile • Sales experience preferred • Real estate experience is an advantage • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Strong convincing and negotiation skills • Good objection-handling skills • Target-driven & result-oriented • Good local area knowledge • Own vehicle required • Fluent in English & local language • Comfortable working 6 days a week (including Saturday & Sunday)
