Accreditations: **NABH • Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation **Audits & QI projects • Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments. • Provide feedback to departments. • Support and implement QI projects. • Closure of Non conformities. **Quality Assurance • Management of serious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety. • RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action. **Medical Policies and Standards • Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits. **Clinical indicators and Performance indicator • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators. • To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators.
