Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Understand the requirement, define clear media objectives in sync with the business and campaign objectives - Determine, plan, and buy the best and most efficient media mix for promotions - Monitor online and offline campaigns (across TV, print, outdoor, radio, cinema and digital) - Regularly report campaign results - Optimise media strategies for varying audiences across channels - Keep a tab and review media budgets - Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals to ensure cost efficiencies - Adept with planning media to support new product launches. Identify newer audiences. - Build relationships with media influencers to promote our brand - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities - Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities **Educational Qualification / Experience** - MBA/Post Graduation in Media/Marketing with 6 to 8 years of experience in Media Planning and Buying. **Knowledge & Skills** - Strong experience in media planning with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills - Ability to articulate strategy, rationale, and ideas - Experience with media planning and buying tools - Experience working on experiential programs, content creation, and new media platforms preferred - Digitally connected with an insatiable curiosity - Knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
