To support this ambition RE has invested in a Global Services  Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and created a new and innovative SOW Management  Framework called Services Procurement 360 (SP360) and is now investing in a new Shared  Competency Center (SCC) to be based out of Hyderabad, India.   The Services Procurement Offshore SCC Lead role a pivotal new leadership role responsible  for the operational management and strategic development of both the India-based Services  Procurement SCC concept and team. In this role, you will lead a team of services procurement  professionals, ranging from administration-focused Coordinators and Operations Specialists to  Services Procurement Specialists and Category Leads, operating in client-dedicated pods.   You will ensure that the SCC is fully integrated with each onshore client-specific program delivery  team that your offshore CoE team will support by bringing strong operational and technical  procurement experience that complement RE’s programs, as well as match each client’s culture.  1   You will operate in a matrix environment, reporting organizationally to RE’s Global Business Services  (GBS) structure, with a dotted reporting line, to the various globally based client-focused Services  Procurement Directors (SPDs) for day-to-day program-specific execution. This dual reporting  model will ensure that client programs benefit from, and adhere to, the best practices defined by  RE’s services procurement CoE and that they receive a unified experience.   This role is essential to enabling cross-client knowledge transfer and ensuring the SCC team  integrates seamlessly with client-specific program teams.   key performance indicators (KPIs)   ● Client satisfaction: measured via client NPS scores and feedback regarding the SCC’s  contribution to program success   ● Program-specific KPIs: contribute to each program’s specific KPIs   ● Staff management: manage retention within the SCC to minimize the cost of attrition and  ensure that appropriate career paths are made available to your direct (up to 8) and indirect  (up to 20) reports expected in the first coupe, of years   ● SCC Colleague Feedback: ensure a positive employee experience and clear progression  paths within the team.   key stakeholders   ● Services Procurement Directors (Program Leads)   ● Local Shared Services Director (GBS)   ● Global Head of Service Design   ● Client Procurement Stakeholders  ● Suppliers.  2   Your   responsibilities  As the Services Procurement Offshore SCC Lead you will:   Team Leadership & Capability Building    Directly manage and mentor a diverse team of Services Procurement operational and   commercially advanced individual, ensuring they deliver high-quality support to their   respective client programs.    Mentor and empower client-facing SCC team members to adopt best-in-class administration,  stakeholder management, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management practices.    Provide clear direction, set priorities, and manage workload distribution across multiple client  programs.   Encourage knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the global CoE and client  organizations.   Serve as a mentor, developing future procurement leaders through ongoing feedback,   coaching, and development planning.   Partner with GBS HR to plan retention strategies early, recognizing that SOW-capable talent  is a high-value asset.    Build and oversee capability progression paths for your team (i.e. from Analyst to Senior  Analyst), ensuring continuous professional development.    Build and oversee cross-VMSs and cross-clients capability, over time.    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, technical excellence, continuous learning and  curiosity.   Revenue Generation Contribution   ● As your day-to-day leadership and delivery will directly contribute to each supported   program’s revenue generation (c.€1M p.a.), you will display good commercial acumen.  3   Matrix Management    Manage the delicate balance of a dual reporting line, ensuring the SCC team meets the  HR/administrative requirements of GBS while satisfying the operational day-to-day   requirements defined by the onshore Services Procurement Directors.    Oversee the "client-dedicated pods," ensuring that your direct reports act as an integral part  of their assigned program's teams rather than as detached outsourced resources.    Coordinate onboarding for new SCC joiners in close collaboration with the specific Services  Procurement Director of the program the new joiner will support and GBS HR.    Collaborate with Service Design and GBS leadership in regular business reviews to discuss  successes and structural remediations to continuously improve the SCC.   Str
