🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – PAYROLL | IMMEDIATE JOINER We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations for a PAN India workforce of 3,000–4,000 employees. 📌 Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period will be preferred. Experience: 10–15+ years in Payroll & Compliance Payroll Size: 3,000–4,000+ employees Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred Location: Gurugram   🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 3,000–4,000 employees across PAN India. ✅ Validate attendance and payroll inputs including arrears, appraisals, joining/retention bonuses, overtime, PLI, reimbursements and deductions. ✅ Prepare and review Payroll MIS, YTD salary, reimbursement and incentive reports for Finance, BI and Management. ✅ Manage employee TDS, quarterly returns, annual 24Q, Form 16 and investment declaration/proof processes. ✅ Ensure timely PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, Bonus, Maternity Benefits, POSH and other statutory compliances. ✅ Manage Gratuity, Leave Encashment, GMC, GPA & GTL, including endorsements, renewals and claims. ✅ Lead closure of Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits. ✅ Review manpower vendor salary costs and statutory compliance documentation. ✅ Ensure timely processing of employee salary, reimbursements, incentives and Full & Final settlements. ✅ Drive payroll governance, policy implementation and stakeholder management across HR, Finance, BI and business teams.   Strong expertise in: • End-to-End Payroll Management • Indian Statutory Compliance • TDS, Income Tax, 24Q & Form 16 • PF, ESIC, PT & LWF • Gratuity, Bonus & Leave Encashment • Employee Benefits & Insurance • Payroll MIS & Reconciliation • Internal / Statutory / Tax Audits • Vendor Compliance • HRMS / Payroll Systems & Advanced Excel 🎯 If you are an experienced payroll professional who can independently manage large-scale payroll operations and are available to join immediately, we would love to hear from you! 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV on anjali.sharma@healthians.com or  via DM. 🔄 Please share this post with your network or tag someone who may be a suitable fit.
