Senior Power BI/Qlik Developer

Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of overall experience in BI, reporting, and analytics development. • Strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense dashboard and application development. • Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. • Good understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and report performance optimization. • Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases such as Oracle and SQL Server. • Familiarity with Qlik Sense administration activities, including application deployment, task scheduling, reload monitoring, troubleshooting reload failures, user access and security management, license management, performance monitoring, and environment support. • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Qlik Sense and Power BI dashboards and reports. • Support existing Qlik Sense applications and perform day-to-day operational support activities. • Troubleshoot reporting, data, and refresh-related issues. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver analytics solutions. • Support reporting modernization and migration initiatives as required. Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Qlik Sense environments. • Experience in financial services or investment management organizations. • Experience working on reporting migration initiatives.
