Job description

Job Title: Credit Card Campaign Role Overview We are looking for a candidate with strong end-to-end product understanding in the Credit Card domain, particularly across campaign execution and offer management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete product lifecyclefrom campaign conceptualization and offer setup to deployment, go-live, and post-launch performance tracking. This role requires a holistic understanding of campaign workflows, targeting logic, quality controls, and process governance across both prospect and existing customer journeys. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Campaign & Offer Management - Manage the complete lifecycle of credit card campaigns from requirement gathering to go-live. - Configure, set up, and deploy credit card offers within offer management systems. - Ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system configurations. - Coordinate with internal/external teams responsible for campaign execution, if applicable. 2. Product & Offer Lifecycle Understanding - Demonstrate strong understanding of credit card products and related offer constructs. - Manage offers across different customer segments (Prospects vs. Existing Customers). - Understand variations in targeting logic, eligibility criteria, and communication strategy based on segment. - Ensure proper deployment and activation of offers within defined timelines. 3. Targeting & Deployment - Define and validate targeting criteria for campaigns. - Ensure correct audience selection and segmentation before go-live. - Oversee deployment scenarios including scheduled and triggered campaigns. - Monitor offer activation, validity period, and expiration management. 4. Quality Assurance & Controls - Implement robust pre go-live checks and validation processes. - Conduct end-to-end testing (UAT/SIT) to ensure error-free execution. - Establish control mechanisms to identify and mitigate risks before campaign launch. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. 5. Performance Tracking & Optimization - Track campaign performance post go-live. - Analyze key metrics such as conversions, approvals, activation rates, and ROI. - Identify gaps and recommend optimizations for future campaigns. - Provide feedback loop to stakeholders for continuous improvement. 6. Process Governance & Improvements - Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements. - Design and implement new workflows or controls to enhance campaign efficiency. - Standardize documentation and best practices for offer management. - Ensure continuous improvement in deployment accuracy and turnaround time. Required Skills & Experience - Strong experience in Credit Card product management or campaign operations. - Experience with offer management systems and campaign tools. - Deep understanding of prospect vs. existing customer campaign flows. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in quality assurance, risk checks, and compliance validation. - Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication. - High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in banking/financial services domain (Credit Cards preferred). - Exposure to enterprise campaign management platforms. - Experience in performance analytics and reporting dashboards.
