**Role Overview** We are looking for a highly driven and customer-centric **Senior Product Manager** to lead digital product initiatives across our smart workplace ecosystem. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and optimization — building scalable tech solutions that enhance enterprise client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver innovative, data-driven products. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Strategy & Vision** - Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize workspace operations. - Translate company strategy into actionable product initiatives. **Product Development & Execution** - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery PRD development launch iteration). - Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories. - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. - Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI. **Stakeholder Collaboration** - Partner with Sales & Enterprise teams to understand client needs. - Work with Operations to improve internal workflow systems. - Coordinate with Marketing for product launches and GTM strategy. **Customer & Data Focus** - Conduct user research, client interviews, and feedback analysis. - Define KPIs and success metrics. - Use data analytics tools to drive product decisions and optimizations. **Innovation & Technology Enablement** - Drive adoption of smart workplace technologies (IoT, automation, enterprise dashboards). - Improve tenant apps, booking systems, visitor management, billing systems, and analytics platforms. **Key Skills & Qualifications Required:** - 8–12 years of product management experience in SaaS / B2B tech / enterprise platforms. - Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies. - Experience working with cross-functional tech teams. - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions. **Preferred:** - Experience in PropTech / Workspace / Enterprise SaaS. - Exposure to IoT-based systems or operational automation platforms. - MBA or equivalent business qualification. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL. **Key Competencies:** - Strategic thinking - Customer obsession - Ownership mindset - Execution excellence - Strong problem-solving ability - Commercial acumen
