Senior Project Manager Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) implementation projects from initiation through to successful completion. The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, governance and stakeholder engagement while ensuring delivery of high-quality business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end MAS implementation projects. • Develop project plans and schedules. • Manage project budgets and forecasting. • Lead steering committee meetings. • Manage project governance. • Coordinate consultants and client teams. • Manage vendors and third parties. • Monitor project risks and issues. • Ensure project quality. • Manage change requests. • Support deployment and transition to operations. • Report project status to executive stakeholders. Required Experience • 8+ years project management experience. • Proven delivery of enterprise MAS 9 implementation projects. • Experience managing multi-disciplinary consulting teams. • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies. • Experience managing fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements. • Knowledge of enterprise asset management business processes. • Experience coordinating infrastructure, integration, data migration and testing workstreams. Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and steering committees. Skill Requirements Knowledge of Maximo Projects • MAS 9 implementation methodology • Maximo Mobile deployment • Data migration • Systems integration • Testing management • Cutover planning • Hypercare management • Change management • User adoption • Training coordination Soft Skills • Outstanding written and verbal English communication • Strong leadership and people management • Executive stakeholder management • Commercial awareness • Negotiation and conflict resolution • Excellent organisational and planning skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure • Strong risk and issue management • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivery excellence Other Requirements Qualifications • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline • PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent project management certification preferred • Scrum Master certification desirable • IBM Maximo project delivery experience highly regarded Core Competencies (Applicable to All Roles) All candidates should demonstrate: • Proven experience delivering IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) implementations in enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience with Maximo Mobile deployment and configuration. • Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs and middleware platforms. • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and confidently facilitate client workshops. • Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging business users, technical teams and executive stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary consulting teams while also operating independently when required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes. • Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. • Willingness to travel to client sites as required and participate in hybrid delivery models.
