This role requires a strong blend of strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruitment , with a focus on delivering high-quality talent and exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Hiring Ownership • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy • Drive hiring for lateral, niche, and leadership roles 2. Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers • Influence hiring decisions through market insights and talent intelligence • Ensure alignment on timelines, quality, and candidate experience 3. Sourcing & Talent Strategy • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, research networks) • Drive innovative hiring strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles • Leverage employer branding and networking to attract top talent 4. Candidate Experience & Engagement • Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate journey • Drive offer management, negotiation, and closure • Manage post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts 5. Data & Metrics • Track and analyze key hiring metrics: • - Time to hire • Offer acceptance ratio • Quality of hire • Use insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency Required Skills & Experience • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting • Strong experience in tech hiring / niche hiring / research hiring (preferred) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong sourcing capability and market mapping skills • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Relocation Supported: No Visa Sponsorship Approved: No
