Job description

1. Customer Handling • Greet customers and understand their vehicle or service issues • Listen carefully and ask the right questions to diagnose problems • Explain services, repairs, and timelines in simple terms 2. Job Card / Work Order Management • Create and maintain job cards (service records) • Clearly mention customer complaints and required work • Ensure all details are accurate before sending to technicians Key Skills Required • Communication skills • Basic technical knowledge (especially automotive if in that field) • Problem-solving ability • Time management • Customer handling skill • Salary Structure: • • Freshers Salary: 20,000 21,000 (starting range) • • Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on last drawn salary • • Travel Allowance: 1,500 extra (apart from salary) • • Incentives: Additional incentives applicable • • PF Deduction: Applicable on CTC, not on in-hand salary.
