Job Title: Service Manager Regional Language( **Malayalam** ) compulsory Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering OLA Electric is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to lead service operations at our service centers. The role requires strong technical expertise, people management skills, and a customer-first mindset to ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily workshop and service center operations • Manage and lead technicians, service advisors, and support staff • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and high service quality • Monitor vehicle turnaround time and reduce service backlogs • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards • Manage spare parts inventory and consumption tracking • Drive customer satisfaction scores and operational efficiency • Coordinate with central and technical teams for escalations and updates • Identify operational risks and implement preventive actions Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in service operations (EV / Automobile industry preferred) • Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering • Proficiency in local/regional language is mandatory • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle high-volume service operations and pressure situations • Strong customer orientation and service discipline
