Roles and Responsibilities • Manage dealer network development, operations, and expansion to achieve business objectives. • Develop and implement effective strategies for dealer management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. • Oversee network planning and development activities to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. • Provide leadership support to the team by setting goals, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments. • Ensure timely completion of projects related to dealer network services. Desired Candidate Profile • 6-11 years of experience in Dealer Network Development & Operations or similar field. • Strong understanding of Dealer Management principles and practices. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making processes.
