Hiring for SAQ profile under QUESS Payroll - Off roll Role & responsibilities: - • Responsible for site acquisition (Identify candidates for specific land leases-based customer criteria) • Responsible for coordination with site owner, Government Agencies • Negotiating lease contracts. (Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunication Installations) • Responsible for site permission application (MC) document. • Finalize the site acquisition and make sure reach the target. Interface with the customer & subcontractor. Preferred candidate profile • Public speaking and presentation skills preferred. • Highly organized and able to multi-task and work effectively with limited supervision with • Can handle tight deadlines and high volume of projects. • Distance education will not be entertained • Must have experience in sales • Salary: 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA • Qualification: Graduate (Full Time) • Experience 2-5 Year • Must have two wheeler & licence. • Locations : Darjeeling, Burdwan, Contai, Bankura, Siliguri, Chandannagar, Howrah, Sreerampore , Barrackpur.
