Job description

Role & responsibilities • Deliver Soft Skills, Behavioral, and Leadership training for effective skill development. • Design and update engaging training materials and e-learning content. • Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with interactive learning approaches. • Manage training schedules and ensured timely program delivery. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and bridge skill gaps. • Gather stakeholder feedback to improve training effectiveness. • Track and reported training outcomes and performance metrics. • Collaborate with SMEs to develop specialized training content. • Create multimedia learning assets (videos, digital modules). • Stay updated with latest L&D trends and best practices. Preferred candidate profile • Any Graduate. • 2+ Years of experience in L&D (Soft skill). • Proven track record in delivering soft skills and behavioral training. • Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills. • Certification in instructional design or training delivery. • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
