**Role & responsibilities** - Deliver Soft Skills, Behavioral, and Leadership training for effective skill development. - Design and update engaging training materials and e-learning content. - Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with interactive learning approaches. - Manage training schedules and ensured timely program delivery. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and bridge skill gaps. - Gather stakeholder feedback to improve training effectiveness. - Track and reported training outcomes and performance metrics. - Collaborate with SMEs to develop specialized training content. - Create multimedia learning assets (videos, digital modules). - Stay updated with latest L&D trends and best practices. **Preferred candidate profile** - Any Graduate. - 2+ Years of experience in L&D (Soft skill). - Proven track record in delivering soft skills and behavioral training. - Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills. - Certification in instructional design or training delivery. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
