About Position: We are seeking a skilled Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer with 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft ERP technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft development tools, integrations, application customization, and Oracle databases, with the ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing enterprise applications . • Role: Senior PeopleSoft Technical Developer • Location: Pune • Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Design, develop, and maintain custom PeopleSoft applications and technical solutions. • Develop and enhance components using PeopleCode • Application Engine • SQR • Component Interfaces • Application Packages • Build and support Integration Broker interfaces and integrations with external systems. • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries and database objects. • Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. • Analyze and resolve complex application defects, system issues, and production incidents. • Support application performance tuning and system optimization initiatives. • Participate in ERP enhancement, upgrade, migration, and maintenance projects. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. • Develop technical design documents, specifications, and support documentation. • Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability. • Support testing activities, deployment processes, and post-production stabilization efforts. • Contribute to technical architecture discussions and implementation standards. Expertise You'll Bring: • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft technical development. • Strong expertise in PeopleCode • Application Engine • SQR • Component Interfaces • Application Packages • PeopleTools • Experience developing custom PeopleSoft applications and enhancements. • Hands-on experience with Integration Broker • Web Services (SOAP/REST) • XML Processing • API Integrations • Experience integrating PeopleSoft with enterprise applications and third-party systems. • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL • Query Optimization • Performance Tuning • Data Analysis • Experience troubleshooting database and application performance issues. • Experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and defect-resolution skills. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. • Understanding of SDLC Methodologies • Agile Development • Change Management • Release Management • Code Quality Standards • Experience using version control and deployment processes.
