**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions in BFSI industry, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various sources such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc. - Manage sales recruitment efforts to build a strong pipeline of candidates for open roles within the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions for talent acquisition. **Job Requirements :** - 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (BFSI recruitment). - Proven track record of successful bulk hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and sourcing initiatives. - Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations. - Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
