Roles and Responsibilities : • Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions in BFSI industry, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various sources such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc. • Manage sales recruitment efforts to build a strong pipeline of candidates for open roles within the organization. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions for talent acquisition. Job Requirements : • 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (BFSI recruitment). • Proven track record of successful bulk hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and sourcing initiatives. • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations. • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
