**Role & responsibilities** - 1-2 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Consulting, Market Research, Venture Capital, or Business Analytics. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline. - Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent research skills with the ability to convert information into clear business insights. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities. **Preferred candidate profile** :- - Thinks beyond the obvious and enjoys solving ambiguous problems. - Is intellectually curious and constantly learning. - Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - Takes ownership without waiting for instructions. - Communicates clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders. - Pays attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. - Is comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
