Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage daily last mile delivery performance across courier partners and regions. • Track SLA adherence, delivery rate, and RTO percentage, ensuring targets are met. • Coordinate with courier partners and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations promptly. • Analyze delivery exceptions (NDRs, undelivered, RTO, etc.) and ensure timely reattempts and closures. • Review zone- and pincode-level performance to identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions. • Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and reports to provide visibility to management. • Work closely with the tech and operations teams to drive process automation and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with SOPs and implement operational best practices across partners. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of Last Mile logistics and courier operations. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting. • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Knowledge of 3PL partner management and performance governance.
