Supply Chain Executive

Job description

We are looking for a supply chain executive with experience in SCM processes, Inventory Management, Stock transfer transactions, Warehouse coordination for dispatches & stock-ins and MIS reporting. Candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day transactions of SCM such as STNs, back-order clearance, MIS report publishing and handling SCM related communications to commercial team. • Preparation and circulation of order booking and daily sale report. • Raising label orders for imported codes as shipping notifications and maintenance of label masters. • Co-ordination with imports team for clearance of shipment and good receipt in Warehouse • Raising transfer orders across warehouses. • Monthly MIS (Reports like Variance, Sample, SLOB, Inventory etc.) • Data Analytics • Maintaining pricing in SAP and documents management (SOX Requirement) • Provide support to Internal & External audits through data & documents • Preparing inventory hygiene and write off. • Co-ordination with WH and sales team for invoicing of tender and sales orders. • Master data management in SAP. • Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders for demo/CAPEX/sample management. Proficiency and Skills required: SAP knowledge and advanced excel is must. Power-point skills are desirable. Good verbal and oral communication skills with a strong hold on English. Must be a collaborative team player, able to work across cross functional teams. Required Qualification and Core Competencies for the role Education : Graduate in any field Experience: Minimum 4-5 years with hands on SAP and reporting experience must and preferably in supply chain Location: Arena Space, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, 4 days work from office, 2 day work from home. Saturday working (WFH)
