Note-Its a five days working job at jigani office no hybrid or wfh Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various IT requirements. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels. • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels. • Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer-related discussions with candidates. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates. • Meet hiring targets and recruitment SLAs. Required Skills • Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices. • Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting. Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment. • Experience in lateral hiring for IT roles is preferred.
