Recently, it raised USD 210 million, bringing its valuation to over USD 1 billion Key Responsibilities HR INTERN Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels. Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Telecalling, and other non-IT roles. Screen candidates based on job requirements, communication skills, experience, salary expectations, and location. Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain the role, salary, work location, shift, and other requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to improve interview-to-joining conversion. Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements. Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, offer release, joining formalities, and onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and daily hiring reports. Work towards recruitment KPIs such as daily sourcing, interviews scheduled, selections, offers, and joiners. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
