Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for frontline sales roles from sourcing to onboarding. - Source candidates using job portals, references, walk-ins, and strong Boolean search techniques. - Coordinate with business teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures. - Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates while maintaining quality benchmarks. - Work extensively on ATS/HCM systems for offer submission, tracking, reporting, and process compliance. - Plan and execute candidate engagement strategies to improve offer-to-joining ratio. - Conduct regular field visits to branches and organize walk-in drives for bulk hiring. - Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation completion for all selected candidates. - Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships with a proactive, solution-driven approach. **Preferred candidate profile** - Ideal candidate would be someone who has managed high-volume hiring requirements for retail asset businesses in a Bank / NBFC.
