Job description

Role & responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for frontline sales roles from sourcing to onboarding. • Source candidates using job portals, references, walk-ins, and strong Boolean search techniques. • Coordinate with business teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures. • Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates while maintaining quality benchmarks. • Work extensively on ATS/HCM systems for offer submission, tracking, reporting, and process compliance. • Plan and execute candidate engagement strategies to improve offer-to-joining ratio. • Conduct regular field visits to branches and organize walk-in drives for bulk hiring. • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation completion for all selected candidates. • Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Preferred candidate profile • Ideal candidate would be someone who has managed high-volume hiring requirements for retail asset businesses in a Bank / NBFC.
