Job description

Assistant Manager - HR **Location:** Bangalore **Key Responsibilities:** **Talent Acquisition** - Source candidates through multiple channels including campus recruitment, job drives, employee referrals, and lateral hiring. - Screen candidate profiles for role fitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Negotiate salary and ensure effective offer closures. - Drive joining ratios and ensure maximum conversion of offers to onboardings. - Conduct competitor mapping and talent benchmarking. **Performance & Attrition Management** - Monitor attrition and implement strategies to maintain it below 5%. - Track and follow up on performance scorecard completion. - Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement. - **Requirements** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role. - Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. - Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, or Learning & Development. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels. **Key Skills** - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Stakeholder Management - Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution - Data Management & Reporting Interested Candidates can send their resumes over an Email : Resumesktk@muthootgroup.com
