Assistant Manager - HR Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition • Source candidates through multiple channels including campus recruitment, job drives, employee referrals, and lateral hiring. • Screen candidate profiles for role fitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Negotiate salary and ensure effective offer closures. • Drive joining ratios and ensure maximum conversion of offers to onboardings. • Conduct competitor mapping and talent benchmarking. Performance & Attrition Management • Monitor attrition and implement strategies to maintain it below 5%. • Track and follow up on performance scorecard completion. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement. • Requirements • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. • 2-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role. • Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, or Learning & Development. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across levels.
