Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Study Abroad / EdTech 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days) 💼 Employment Type: Full-time ⏳ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume hiring within the Study Abroad / EdTech space. The role demands strong sourcing skills, fast execution, and proven capability in closing positions within aggressive timelines. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluation & offer closure • Bulk & volume hiring for sales, operations & academic roles • Build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social channels & referrals • Coordinate interviews, manage stakeholder expectations & deliver within TAT • Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards Requirements • 3–5 years of recruitment experience (EdTech / Study Abroad mandatory ) • Sales hiring experience • Proven track record in bulk hiring • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets • Immediate joiners will be prioritized Why Join us • Fast-paced growth environment • Ownership, learning & exposure to large-scale hiring • Opportunity to work with a leading global EdTech brand
