Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Retail Asset business professionals, including sourcing candidates through various channels. • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to identify areas of improvement in employee engagement and retention management. • Develop and implement effective grievance redressal processes to maintain a positive work environment. • Drive Employee Connect programs for new joiners on 30/60/90 days. • Drive Townhall - online and offline and gather employee feedback as area of improvement. • Design and run programs to increase employee productivity. Job Requirements : • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience. • Strong understanding of employee engagement, grievance management, and retention strategies. • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with business teams. • Proficiency in conducting exit interviews to gather valuable insights.
