Role & responsibilities • Manage the complete employee lifecyclefrom onboarding (Day 1 readiness) to exit formalities and post-exit requirementsensuring a seamless experience. • Continuously understand employee sentiment through structured and informal channels such as 1:1 connects, skip-level meetings, surveys, and field interactions. • Drive structured 30-60-90 day connects with all new hires to ensure smooth integration, early issue resolution, and improved retention. • Conduct regular branch visits to gauge employee morale, understand ground-level challenges, and strengthen alignment with business teams. • Design and implement innovative retention strategies, especially for frontline sales roles. • Partner with business teams to identify gaps and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and performance of frontline sales staff. • Develop strong business understanding including products, processes, and market dynamics to contribute as a value-adding HR partner. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (Circle Managers, RBMs, CBMs) to align HR priorities with business goals. • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair, balanced, and solution-oriented manner. • Track key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity, and drive data-backed interventions to improve workforce effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile • An ideal candidate would come with 3 years of relevant experience in banking/NBFC. (Only talent acquisition experience will not be suitable).
