Job description

This is a remote, 6-day working role collaborating closely with both Australian & Indian stakeholders. Role & responsibilities • End-to-end housekeeping & maintenance operations • Managing coordinators, field teams & vendors • Ensuring high service quality across properties • Driving improvements, tracking metrics & resolving operational issues Preferred candidate profile • 4+ years of experience in Housekeeping Operations, Maintenance Coordination & Vendor Management • Strong Team Management & People Leadership skills • Excellent Communication skills • Hands-on experience in Data Management & Vendor Onboarding • Strong understanding of Daily Operations • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment • Preference for candidates from the Hospitality industry
