Key Skills: IOT, AI/ML, Analyst, Quantum, Blockchain, IOT - Internet of things, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct horizon scanning and technology landscape analysis on emerging technologies relevant to the audit domain, with a focus on AI/ML. • Evaluate technological maturity, business relevance, and adoption readiness for innovations including AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and IoT. • Support scenario planning, foresight workshops, and strategic roadmapping with stakeholders across technology, product, and innovation teams. • Develop and maintain technology watchlists and foresight dashboards that highlight disruptive risks and opportunities. • Collaborate with researchers, vendors, and external consortia to validate trends and explore strategic partnerships. Skills Required: • 4 - 7 years of experience in technology research, foresight, or strategic innovation roles (ideally in professional services or regulated industries). • Internet of Things (IoT) and edge/IoT awareness for emerging technology assessment. • Artificial Intelligence and AI/ML knowledge to evaluate frontier capabilities and real-world implications. • Blockchain understanding to assess maturity, relevance, and adoption readiness. • Quantum computing awareness to support technology readiness and foresight analysis. Good to Have: • Quantum Computing (additional depth or demonstrated exposure). Education: Professional accountancy qualification from a recognised accountancy body (desirable, not essential).
