Role : Technical Architect - Digital Twins with AI for Manufacturing Location: Bangalore / Chennai Experience Required: 7-15 Years Role & Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to understand manufacturing challenges and design tailored Digital Twin + AI solution architectures (virtual plant models, real-time simulation, predictive analytics, process optimization, quality, and asset performance) • Lead solutioning workshops, technical discovery, and proof-of-concept (PoC) design; translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures • Propose end-to-end solutions covering data acquisition (OT/IT), modeling, simulation, AI/ML layers, visualization, and integration with existing MES/ERP/SCADA systems • Develop Ips — reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, AI models, simulation templates, and methodologies specific to Digital Twins for Manufacturing • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to support proposals, demos, and technical evaluations • Stay current with Smart Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 technologies and continuously evolve solution patterns and IP assets • Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, reference designs, and internal knowledge bases Professional Competencies: • 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Digital Transformation engagements • Strong experience in Digital Twin solutions for Manufacturing, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, or Industrial IoT environments • Proven expertise in designing end-to-end architectures spanning OT and IT ecosystems • Experience integrating Digital Twin solutions with manufacturing platforms such as MES, ERP, SCADA, Historian, and Industrial IoT systems • Strong understanding of simulation, modeling, predictive analytics, AI/ML, and optimization techniques in manufacturing environments • Experience architecting cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP • Demonstrated ability to lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions, solution presentations, and architecture discussions • Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, technical responses, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences • Experience creating reusable frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators, and technical assets
