Technical Trainer

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Design and deliver technical training programs for software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders on various IT technologies. • Provide one-on-one support to trainees through email, phone, or in-person sessions to resolve technical issues related to software development. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality training materials and courseware. • Conduct team building activities and workshops to improve communication among team members. Job Requirements : • 12-20 years of experience in a similar role as a Technical Trainer or Technical Support Specialist. • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply. • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
