Greetings from Zensar Technologies, Pune. Zensar Technologies is looking for an experienced leader to join us as Technical Training Manager - Technology Learning & Talent Transformation. In this strategic role, you will shape and drive the organization's technology learning vision across AI, Cloud, Data, Modern Engineering, Architecture, and Platforms , while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful talent transformation programs. What You'll Do 🔹 Define and execute the end-to-end technology learning strategy aligned with business and client needs 🔹 Design and package talent transformation solutions, including proposals, roadmaps, solution architectures, and learning journeys 🔹 Lead trainers, architects, and SMEs to deliver high-quality, hands-on learning experiences 🔹 Drive innovation through labs, hackathons, sandboxes, projects, and reusable learning frameworks 🔹 Build competency pathways across AI, Cloud, Data, Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, and Leadership personas 🔹 Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to deliver large-scale technology academies and transformation initiatives 🔹 Create learning content and capstone projects based on real-world technology use cases What We're Looking For • 15-17 years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Data, and AI • 5+ years in Technical Training, Presales, Talent Development, or Learning Leadership • Experience leading large-scale multi-technology learning and transformation programs • Strong expertise in Modern Engineering, Cloud Platforms, Data & Analytics, and Applied AI • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills • Certifications in Cloud, AI/ML, Architecture, Data, Analytics, or DevOps are highly desirable • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred)
