We are currently hiring for **Senior Technology Program Manager & Technology Program Managers** **Location:** Mumbai **Role Details** The Senior Technology Program Manager is responsible for **driving medium to large-scale, cross-functional technology programs** , ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and enterprise architecture standards. The role acts as a **bridge between business leadership (EXCO) and engineering teams (Internal and external project stakeholders including tech partners)** , enabling seamless execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of complex technology initiatives **Overall Job Description** **1. Program Delivery & Execution** - Own **end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs** from initiation to production rollout. - Drive planning, estimation, execution, and governance across multiple projects. - Ensure delivery **within timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks** . - Establish and track **KPIs, milestones, and program health metrics** . **2. Stakeholder & Governance Management** - Engage with senior stakeholders, including **EXCO and business heads** , to align priorities and provide visibility on program status. - Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews. - Drive structured reporting on **progress, risks, and dependencies** . **3. Technology Leadership & Strategy** - Contribute to **technology roadmap and strategic initiatives** aligned to enterprise goals. - Ensure adherence to **enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards** . - Guide adoption of **modern engineering practices (API-led, cloud, DevSecOps)** . **4. Risk & Issue Management** - Proactively identify and manage **risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks** . - Define mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution. - Escalate critical risks with clear impact and resolution path. **5. Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement** - Drive adoption of **Agile / Hybrid delivery models and best practices** . - Continuously enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and processes. - Ensure effective **SDLC governance, testing, and release management disciplines** . **6. Financial & Resource Management** - Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization. - Align resource planning with program needs across internal teams and vendors. - Track and report financial performance and variances. **7. Team Leadership & Capability Building** - Lead and mentor program managers, project managers, and engineering leads. - Drive a **high-performance, ownership-driven culture** . - Enable capability building across Agile, DevOps, and program governance. **Essential Skills** - 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading Programs across CX, UI/ UX, Digital LOS/ LMS, On-boarding, Payments functions. **Program & Delivery** - Strong program management expertise (PMP / Agile certifications preferred) - Experience managing **organization-wide, multi-stream programs** **Technology** - Working knowledge of: - APIs & Microservices - Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) - DevSecOps / CI-CD pipelines - Non-Functional Requirements and Capacity Sizing - High Level Architecture **Governance & Risk** - Strong understanding of **regulatory compliance and audit requirements** - Risk management and issue resolution capabilities **Stakeholder Management** - Ability to influence **senior leadership and cross-functional teams** - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills **Behavioral Competencies** - Ownership and accountability mindset - Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation - Ability to operate in a **complex, fast-paced environment** **Nice-to-Have** - Experience in **large-scale transformation programs (API, digital, payments)** - Exposure to tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow** - Experience handling **regulators / audit interactions** **EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION** **Essential requirement:** B.E/ MBA or Equivalent IT/ Masters qualifications **Preferred Certifications: PMP, Prince 2, Agile** **WORK EXPERIENCE** **Essential requirement:** 8 to 20 years **Preferred:** - Preferably from Banking / BFSI Space - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders **Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits** **A] Behavioral Traits** - Takes accountability and always geared up for taking initiative as self-starter and self-led - Credible and mature personality - Effective influencing skills and concise communicator **B] Functional / Technical Traits** : **Technical Skills Requirement:** - Strong understanding on one of the integration technologies IBM DataPower, Tibco, Mulesoft, etc. - Project management tools – MS projects etc. Interested candidates kindly share your updated resume on manali.dhuri@indusind.com Regards, Team HR
